Big Day for George: Swats 5 Hits Thursday, July 6th, 2034 Kingwood left fielder Earl George had a big day at Stable Park today against the Westside Road Warriors. The 22-year-old, who is not typically considered a big threat with the bat, went 5-for-5 and led the Knights to a 12-10 triumph over Westside. "Hey, I'm as surprised as you guys are," George said in his postgame comments, smiling as he scolded the press corps for underestimating him. "Maybe I'm not so bad at the plate after all." Earl George hit an RBI single in the 1st, singled in the 2nd, singled in the 4th, singled in the 5th and singled in the 7th.
