Jacobs Fires Shutout in Victoria Win Thursday, June 29th, 2034 Shane Jacobs was impressive at Coney Island Coliseum today in the Victoria Vikings' 5-0 shutout victory over the Coney Island Cyclones. The Victoria pitcher mystified the Cyclones in a strong performance, giving up 5 hits and totaling 2 walks and 14 strikeouts. "Shane had them chasing a lot of pitches and talking to themselves," Victoria manager Bernardo Moreno. "It was something special to watch." He has made no relief appearances this year with 0 saves.
