Bob Hern Captures DML Award Monday, June 5th, 2034 So far in his young career, Bob Hern has kept a low profile, but after his performance at the plate last week, he attracted the notice of the rest of the Donnie Moore League in a big way as he was named the Player of the Week today for his efforts. The 22-year-old Atlantic City Kings shortstop hit at a torrid .500 clip as he collected 9 hits in 18 at-bats, 3 home runs, 11 RBIs and 7 runs scored. This year Hern is batting .262 with 3 home runs. He has scored 18 runs and driven in 21. |
