LBL's Star Player Named Monday, May 8th, 2034 The top batter in the Lyman Bostock League last week was Adrián Ferreira, who batted .474 and towered above everybody with a 6-game hitting barrage. During the week Ferreira banged out a .474 batting average (9-for-19), 2 home runs, 7 runs batted in and scored 6 runs. Today the Chippewa shortstop received the LBL Player of the Week Award. This season Ferreira has hit at a .261 clip and produced 22 runs batted in, 7 home runs and 17 runs. |
