Mendez and Serbin Suspended for Free-for-All Wednesday, April 26th, 2034 Baseball officials have notified the Pelicans and Princes organizations that one of their players has been suspended for "inappropriate and aggressive behavior" in yesterday's St. Petersburg-Bel Air contest at Billy Mathews Field. Juan Mendez of the Pelicans and Miguel Serbin of the Princes will have to sit out 10 games for their roles in the free-for-all brawl. Hitting .194 to date, Mendez has 1 home run and 4 RBIs. He has played in 14 games. |
