Hornets Come up Short of Playoffs Saturday, October 15th, 2033 It's a "gut-wrenching feeling," Bethesda Hornets starting pitcher Ids Haasjes said, for the team to have gotten so close to a playoff berth, only to be eliminated in the waning days of the season. The club was officially eliminated from the postseason chase today. This is the club's 9th playoff miss in a row. They last appeared in the postseason in 2024. In the last 10 seasons, the Hornets have missed the playoffs 9 times. In total, the Hornets have missed the playoffs 18 times in their 21-year history. |
