Mustangs Win Tight Lyman Bostock League Earl Weaver Division Race Thursday, October 13th, 2033 Winning a division is always special, but winning it in the final days of the season is especially so, according to members of the San Angelo Mustangs. The Lyman Bostock League Earl Weaver Division club has secured top spot late in the season and starting pitcher Kunio Otsuka said it's certainly a relief. "We would have liked to have won it sooner, but as long as you get it done, that's all that matters," he said. The club has a 97-64 and its their 2nd division crown. The Mustangs will be looking for their 1st SINGLE A championship. |
