Black Squirrels Come up Short of Playoffs Monday, October 10th, 2033 It is an "empty" feeling for members of the Tree City Black Squirrels, according to club manager Ramón Guerrero. That's because the team was mathematically eliminated today from playoff contention. Before this season, the Black Squirrels last missed the playoffs in 2031. In the 21 years they have been a SINGLE A franchise, they have missed the playoffs 17 times. In the last 10 years, they have missed the playoffs 9 times. |
