8-Game Suspensions for Wheeler-Williamsen Fight Saturday, August 13th, 2033 Houston and Palm Beach team officials have been notified by the league office that the Sting Josh Wheeler and the Bums Aubrey Williamsen will be suspended 8 games each for their altercation in yesterday's game at Woodland Park. They were the two main combatants in the bench-clearing brawl. For the season Wheeler is currently batting .327 with 7 home runs and 51 RBIs. In 79 games he has reached base at a .404 rate and scored 39 runs to date. To date this season Williamsen is 3-13 with 24 starts and an ERA of 4.65 with 117 strikeouts in 118 innings. |
