Injury Sidelines Marlo Freeman For Year
Wednesday, July 13th, 2033
San Angelo starting pitcher Marlo Freeman could miss the remainder of the season because of shoulder inflammation. He exited yesterday's Winfield game after injuring himself while throwing a pitch. The original diagnosis said Freeman would be out 5-6 months. Later on his doctors said he could be out even longer. "He's done," his manager commented at the BNN press conference. "It's a season-ending injury, but it could have been worse. It's not the worst-case scenario, so we're happy about that."

Checking out his stats for the season, Freeman has racked up no wins and no losses in 1 starts, 0.00 ERA and struck out 1 batters in 2 innings.
