BOL Names River Chiefs Reddy Winner
Monday, July 4th, 2033
It can be difficult for a young player to step out of the shadows and assert himself in the Lyman Bostock League, but last week Chris Reddy of the Chippewa River Chiefs reminded everyone just why he's here as he threw up numbers that made him an easy selection for Player of the Week. Reddy rocked opposing pitching for a .522 average (12-for-23), 2 home runs and 7 RBIs to come away with the award.
This season Reddy is batting .324 with 91 hits, 11 home runs, 44 RBIs, 45 walks, .418 OBP and has scored 34 runs. He has played in 77 games.
