Suspensions Handed Out for Bench-Clearing Brawl Tuesday, May 31st, 2033 Joey Milledge of Palm Beach and Naozane Kato of Charleston have been sanctioned by the league office for causing the ruckus at Envoys Ballpark yesterday. Both players have been given 4-game suspensions for instigating the fight and subsequent free-for-all. For the year Milledge is batting .168 with 1 home run, 8 RBIs and 8 runs scored. Kato has worked 31 innings in 25 relief appearances thus far this season and picked up 4 saves. He has dished out 32 strikeouts and walked 11 with a 2-4 mark and a 3.77 ERA. |
