López Twirls Hornets to Shutout Victory Wednesday, May 25th, 2033 Félix López was throwing strikes early and getting in the count, his manager said after the Bethesda Hornets hurler tossed a 2-hit, complete game shutout against the Tree City Black Squirrels. "I went right after each hitter, trying to get ahead in the count," said López. "I wanted them to swing the bats and keep my pitch count down. It worked.
