Super Month Nets Talamantez #1 Batter Prize in BOL Sunday, May 1st, 2033 When Orlando Talamantez stepped up to the plate in April he did it with confidence, and today he was honored with the Lyman Bostock League Batter of the Month award. The young San Angelo first baseman posted a .384 batting average with 4 home runs, 17 RBIs and scored 19 runs. Talamantez also worked pitchers for 14 walks to post a .486 on-base percentage. |
