Retter Grabs RHL Cy Young Award
Sunday, November 12th, 2034
When the call went out to the Wichita bullpen in 2034, Jay Retter proved equal to the task. Whether he was brought in to squelch a rally or just finish the game, Retter gave his best at each opportunity. As a result, today the Wolverines reliever was named the latest Roy Halladay League Cy Young Award winner.

He made no relief appearances, logging 175 innings and no saves this season. He racked up 205 strikeouts, a 16-7 record and an ERA of 2.83.

José López of the Rock River Rats finished second in voting, while Kunio Otsuka of the Wichita Wolverines finished third.
