Pacifica Secures Top Spot in Cory Lidle League Gene Mauch Division Friday, September 29th, 2034 Pacifica Shamrocks's manager Joe Leftwich ran some numbers after all the games were played today, and came to a quick realization - it's done. Pacifica has clinched the top spot in the division for the 9th time, and now has to be considered one of the favorites in the annual challenge for the Double A World Series. A reporter from the Pacifica Daily caught up with some fans who were celebrating outside of McCormick Field when they heard the news. "I've always believed in this team. I've been a fan of the Pacifica Shamrocks since the beginning," said season ticket holder John Masters. "I'm looking forward to celebrating our 4th championship soon!" |
