Kug Week's Best in CLL Monday, August 7th, 2034 22-year-old Tal-hun Kug made a few Boise headlines during this past week as the rookie left fielder proved he could compete at the plate with his high-school idols. He captured the attention of fans, journalists and Cory Lidle League officials last week and today took home Player of the Week honors for his effort. He cracked 13 hits in 22 at-bats to put up a .591 average. Kug collected no home runs, 9 RBIs and scored 1 run. Presently Kug is batting .286 with 83 hits and 8 home runs. He has knocked in 51 runs and scored 51 times. |
