Hickey Goes 5-for-5
Friday, August 4th, 2034
5 hits in a game is a rare thing, but Youngstown's Travis Hickey made it happen today against the Monarchs. Everything came together at the plate for the 22-year-old second baseman as he collected 5 hits in 5 at-bats -- and led the Tune-Ups to a 23-5 win at Mitts Fieldhouse.

"I'm just out there to try and help the team win," Hickey said after the game, "I had some real good at-bats today. I made good, solid contact and luckily no one caught 'em."

Travis Hickey singled in the 1st, hit a two-run home run off Toshikazu Yokoyama in the 2nd, hit an RBI single in the 3rd, walked in the 5th, doubled in the 7th, walked in the 7th and singled in the 9th.

Currently Hickey has 8 home runs and a .266 batting average.
