Mike Mitchell Injured, Out for Year Saturday, July 1st, 2034 The season is apparently over for Mike Mitchell. The Cincinnati Snaps medical staff informed the club that the reliever will be out at least 13 months with a torn flexor tendon in his elbow. Mitchell was hurt in the game against Frisco while throwing a pitch. The doctors did not think he would recover prior to the end of the season. Taking a look at his season stats for 2034, Mitchell has made 16 relief appearances, recorded no saves and compiled a 3-3 won-lost mark with a 6.75 ERA. In pitching 44 innings, he has totaled 25 strikeouts and 29 walks. |
