Cory Lidle League Announces #1 Player Monday, June 12th, 2034 So far in his young career, Bobby Savoy has kept a low profile, but after his performance at the plate last week, he attracted the notice of the rest of the Cory Lidle League in a big way as he was named the Player of the Week today for his efforts. The 22-year-old Pacifica Shamrocks third baseman hit at a torrid .667 clip as he collected 12 hits in 18 at-bats, 2 home runs, 8 RBIs and 7 runs scored. So far this year Savoy has 13 home runs and a .360 batting average. |
