Great Stroke: Torres Gets 5 Hits Thursday, May 18th, 2034 Emanuel Torres really sizzled at the plate in today's 11-4 win over Ducks. The Fraser Valley shortstop blistered Long Island for 5 hits in 6 at-bats. "Torres was too tough to get out today," the Ducks skipper said in the postgame interview. "No matter what we threw him, he hit it. And he hit some good pitches, too." Emanuel Torres singled in the 1st, hit a two-run double in the 2nd, singled in the 3rd, flied out in the 5th, hit an RBI single in the 7th and singled in the 9th.
