Sylvester Norwood Injured, Out for Year Tuesday, May 2nd, 2034 Sylvester Norwood will soon find out from his doctors if his season will continue. The first diagnosis was not too positive and indicated the Marysville reliever could miss the remainder of the year. Norwood was injured while throwing a pitch in the Monarchs-Wolverines clash at Mitts Fieldhouse recently. Doctors said he has a torn labrum and would be out a minimum of 8 months. Norwood's record so far this season is 1-and-1 with no saves and a 3.08 ERA. He has given up 25 hits in 26.1 innings with 29 strikeouts. |
