Cornhuskers Ryan Shelton Will Miss Season Thursday, April 13th, 2034 Ryan Shelton will soon find out from his doctors if his season will continue. The first diagnosis was not too positive and indicated the DeKalb reliever could miss the remainder of the year. Shelton was injured while throwing a pitch in the Cornhuskers-Bulldogs clash at The Kennel recently. Doctors said he has a torn labrum and would be out a minimum of 11-12 months. This season Shelton has claimed no saves and registered a 0-1 record with a 4.15 ERA. He has 5 relief appearances spanning 4.1 innings and has struck out 1. |
