Gruzmán Selected FFL's Premier Player
Friday, November 11th, 2033
The manager of the Wichita Wolverines said he thinks Juan Gruzmán is only going to get better as he gets older.
He may only be 22, but it will be hard to top the second baseman's 2033 campaign, as he has been named the winner of the Bob Moose League Most Valuable Player Award.
His winning campaign featured a .343 batting average and a .404 on-base percentage this year. In 135 games he piled up 157 hits, 19 doubles, 6 triples, 29 home runs, 91 RBIs and 85 runs scored.
Ed Jackson of the Long Island Ducks finished second in voting, while Armando Galdos of the Wichita Wolverines finished third.
