Rams Come up Short of Playoffs Friday, October 14th, 2033 The mood in the Frisco Rams clubhouse was noticeably subdued today, as the club's fate on the season was officially sealed -- they will miss the postseason. "We put ourselves in this position," said Rams catcher John Bloom. "Nobody to blame but us." Frisco last appeared in the postseason in 2031. This is their 2nd consecutive year missing the playoffs, and in total they have not advanced past the regular season 18 times in their 21-year history. In the last 10 seasons, the Rams have missed the playoffs 7 times. |
