Black Bears Come up Short of Playoffs Thursday, October 13th, 2033 A close finish won't make it any easier for the Fraser Valley Black Bears to end their season early. The club has now been mathematically eliminated from playoff contention for the 2033 season. "There were some things broken and some things said that are not repeatable," Black Bears manager Casey Ramey. The Black Bears have missed the playoffs 19 times in their 21 years as a DOUBLE A franchise. This playoff miss is the club's 13th in a row, with their last postseason appearance coming in 2020. |
