Duncan Boosts Hit Streak to 20 Games Sunday, October 9th, 2033 Sandy Springs second baseman Justin Duncan keeps on racking up hits every time he plays. His hitting streak now stands at 20 games after collecting 2 hits at The Coliseum today. The Spartans took the 8-5 victory over the Rock River Rats. "I have been seeing the ball really good the last few weeks, but I am a bit surprised how things are working out," Duncan said. "I've gotten a couple flares to drop in, so I've also been a little lucky." Justin Duncan flied out in the 1st, singled in the 3rd, grounded out in the 5th, hit an RBI single in the 6th and grounded out in the 8th. This season Duncan has hit at a .326 clip with 102 RBIs, 22 home runs and 105 runs scored. |
