Duncan Torches Bulldogs for 5 Hits
Wednesday, October 5th, 2033
The Spokane Bulldogs might think twice next time about pitching to Justin Duncan.
At The Kennel today, the Sandy Springs Spartans second baseman burned Spokane pitching, going 5-for-6 in a 14-2 Sandy Springs triumph.
"When he's on his game," Sandy Springs skipper José Parra told reporters, "he can probably stroke a base hit blindfolded."
Justin Duncan doubled in the 1st, flied out in the 3rd, hit a two-run double in the 4th, singled in the 6th, singled in the 7th and singled in the 8th.
For the year Duncan is batting .322 with 21 home runs.
