Colaianni Goes 5-for-7 Against Riverside Wednesday, September 28th, 2033 It doesn't happen very often, but it did for Jason Colaianni today -- a 5-hit day. He went on a rampage and sparkled on the diamond at Hellcats Park, but the performance lost a little luster when the Hellcats were downed 9-8 by the Riverside Red Bulls. After his glittering performance, the Jacksonville center fielder told the press that he "just tried to get myself in a good count and have a good at-bat." His batting theory paid dividends today as he slammed 5 hits in 7 tries and put his name in the record book. "I just wish we had added a win in the record book today, too," Colaianni said. Jason Colaianni singled in the 1st, flied out in the 3rd, flied out in the 5th, doubled in the 7th, singled in the 9th, doubled in the 11th and singled in the 13th.
