Cutter Belts 5 Hits Sunday, September 11th, 2033 It was a good day at McCormick Field. The Pacifica Shamrocks whipped the Boise Hawks 10-3 and shortstop Ian Cutter showed off a hot bat, going 5-for-5 at the plate. "Some days, lady luck is on your side," Cutter told BNN reporters after the game. Shamrocks manager Joe Leftwich told the beat writers otherwise, calling the 22-year-old "focused and patient." "It's not luck," he said. "He has a solid approach to hitting. Ian hits to all fields. The more solid at-bats you put together, the more success you're going to have." Ian Cutter singled in the 1st, hit an RBI single in the 2nd, hit an RBI single in the 4th, singled in the 6th and singled in the 8th.
