Jackson Selected Player of the Week Monday, July 18th, 2033 It can be difficult for a young player to step out of the shadows and assert himself in the Bob Moose League, but last week Ed Jackson of the Long Island Ducks reminded everyone just why he's here as he threw up numbers that made him an easy selection for Player of the Week. Jackson rocked opposing pitching for a .480 average (12-for-25), 5 home runs and 11 RBIs to come away with the award. So far this year Jackson is batting .295 with 18 home runs, 53 RBIs and 40 runs scored. |
