Alexander Selected Player of the Week Monday, July 4th, 2033 Pitchers who faced the Sandy Springs Spartans last week were happy to see Kieran Alexander in the rear-view mirror. The 28-year-old second baseman was dubbed the Bob Moose League Player of the Week for a 6-game tear that saw him hit at a .444 clip. For the week he also chalked up 12 hits in 27 at-bats, 5 home runs, 10 RBIs and 7 runs scored. This season Alexander has hit at a .272 clip with 71 RBIs, 30 home runs and 64 runs scored. He has played in 76 games. |
