ACL's #1 Player Named Monday, June 13th, 2033 It can be difficult for a young player to step out of the shadows and assert himself in the Cory Lidle League, but last week Pete Freeman of the Boise Hawks reminded everyone just why he's here as he threw up numbers that made him an easy selection for Player of the Week. Freeman rocked opposing pitching for a .478 average (11-for-23), 2 home runs and 6 RBIs to come away with the award. To date Freeman has chalked up a .378 average with 6 home runs, driven in 19 runs and scored 33 times. |
