Dimitri Jourdan Injured, Out for Season Friday, June 3rd, 2033 When Dimitri Jourdan was hurt against the Phoenix Lights, the Buzzard's Bay Beetlecats were hopeful that the injury was not serious. However, it proved to be more severe than first thought. The 27-year-old reliever suffered a torn ulnar collateral ligament throwing a pitch in yesterday's game. Team doctors told BNN today that Jourdan would miss 12-13 months of the season. To date he has nailed down 1 saves for his club. In 28 relief appearances, Jourdan has 82 strikeouts in 87.2 innings with a 3.59 ERA and a 10-4 mark. |
