Frisco Blanked by Garza Thursday, May 12th, 2033 In an outstanding mound performance, Boise Hawks starter José Garza fired a complete-game shutout against the Frisco Rams at Outlander Park today. Garza was the key to the Hawks's 3-0 win. The 23-year-old right-hander was in high spirits on the mount for much of the game, his mood largely undented by the 5 hits and 3 walks he allowed. "5 hits?" he said with a laugh following the game. "Listen, I'd be happy with a 30-hitter as long as it was a shutout."
