Hit Parade: McNair Gets Cycle Friday, May 6th, 2033 Chris McNair roughed up Wichita Wolverines pitching in a big way at Howling Park today, leading the Buzzard's Bay to a 5-1 win. With his parents and family watching from the stands, the 21-year-old right fielder put on a magnificent show, hitting for the cycle -- collecting a single, double, triple and home run in the same game. "It was a good day for that to happen," a beaming McNair said after the game. "I really got some good looks and delivered. Sometimes you're just on." He finished his historic day with 5 hits in 5 at-bats, 4 runs batted in and 1 run scored. Chris McNair hit an RBI single in the 1st, singled in the 3rd, doubled in the 5th, hit a three-run home run off Pedro Galló in the 7th and tripled in the 9th.
