Super Week for Vancouver's Bauer! Monday, October 9th, 2034 It can be difficult for a young player to step out of the shadows and assert himself in the Nick Adenhart League, but last week Matthew Bauer of the Vancouver Canadians reminded everyone just why he's here as he threw up numbers that made him an easy selection for Player of the Week. Bauer rocked opposing pitching for a .323 average (10-for-31), 4 home runs and 7 RBIs to come away with the award. In his season totals Bauer has 9 home runs and a .265 batting average. |
