Season-Ending Injury for Frank Nicholson Thursday, September 14th, 2034 Frank Nicholson will soon find out from his doctors if his season will continue. The first diagnosis was not too positive and indicated the Bowling Green first baseman could miss the remainder of the year. Nicholson was injured while running the bases in the Racers-Phantoms clash at Phantoms Field recently. Doctors said he has a broken bone in the elbow and would be out a minimum of 6 months. This year Nicholson has hit at a .389 clip with 22 RBIs, 4 home runs and 28 runs scored. |
