Season Ends for Bhanuratha Vaithu of Silver Lake Saturday, September 9th, 2034 Bhanuratha Vaithu will soon find out from his doctors if his season will continue. The first diagnosis was not too positive and indicated the Silver Lake reliever could miss the remainder of the year. Vaithu was injured while throwing a pitch in the Baristas-Cats clash at Ashton Gate recently. Doctors said he has a torn flexor tendon in his elbow and would be out a minimum of 11-12 months. So far this season, in 41 relief appearances Vaithu has compiled an ERA of 2.90. He has pitched 40.1 innings, struck out 51, walked 19 and registered 18 saves. |
