Okuda Selected Player of the Week Monday, August 28th, 2034 It can be difficult for a young player to step out of the shadows and assert himself in the Nick Adenhart League, but last week Toshikasu Okuda of the Silver Lake Baristas reminded everyone just why he's here as he threw up numbers that made him an easy selection for Player of the Week. Okuda rocked opposing pitching for a .429 average (12-for-28), 2 home runs and 5 RBIs to come away with the award. So far this year in 26 games Okuda is hitting .402 with 9 home runs, 25 RBIs and 25 runs scored. |
