Season-Ending Injury for Shaun Sharp
Friday, August 25th, 2034
When Shaun Sharp was hurt against the Detroit Death Stars, the Omaha Raptors were hopeful that the injury was not serious. However, it proved to be more severe than first thought. The 30-year-old left fielder suffered a broken bone in the elbow running the bases in yesterday's game. Team doctors told BNN today that Sharp would miss 5-6 months of the season.

On the year Sharp is hitting .302 with 60 hits, 16 home runs, 47 RBIs, .393 OBP and has scored 36 runs.
