Cats Kojuro Kojima Down and Out for Year Sunday, July 16th, 2034 The doctors have spoken and Kojuro Kojima of the Fort Worth Cats didn't like what he heard. The 30-year-old reliever is almost certainly gone for the rest of the year and depending on his progress could miss some of next season as well. Kojima sustained his season-ending injury during the Albuquerque Cacti game yesterday at LaGrave Field. He had to leave the game because he hurt himself while throwing a pitch. Today the Fort Worth medical staff reported Kojima had a torn flexor tendon in his elbow and would be absent from the lineup for at least 15 months. |
