Baseball delivered a huge 5-for-5 performance for Indian Wells, but did not deliver the victory. "I felt real good in the batter's box today," the 22-year-old second baseman said after putting up a game for the ages. "I had confidence in my swing and knew that it was there and that I could get the job done." Freddie Baseball hit a solo-shot off David Lidstone in the 1st, singled in the 2nd, hit a solo-shot off Masamichi Takeda in the 4th, singled in the 6th and singled in the 8th.
