Márquez on Fire, 5-for-5 Against Omaha Thursday, June 22nd, 2034 It doesn't happen very often, but it did for Ramón Márquez today -- a 5-hit effort. He went on a rampage at Cobb Field and paced the Mustangs to a 5-4 win over the Omaha Raptors. After his dynamite batting performance, the Billings right fielder told reporters that he "just tried to get in a good count and have a good at-bat. That's all I can control." His philosophy paid dividends today. He slammed 5 hits in 5 tries and put his name in the record book. Ramón Márquez singled in the 2nd, doubled in the 5th, singled in the 6th, singled in the 8th and hit an RBI single in the 9th.
