Year Ends for Hou-kang Li in Espanola Friday, June 9th, 2034 The season is finished for Hou-kang Li of the Espanola Bomberos. The club announced today that he will forego the rest of the year because of injury. The Bomberos reliever suffered a fractured elbow while throwing a pitch in a recent game against the Fairfield Flash. Team doctors said it would take at least 6 months to heal. For the season Li has made 9 relief appearances, recorded 1 save and compiled a 0-2 won-lost mark and a 3.68 ERA. In pitching 7.1 innings, he has totaled 6 strikeouts and 2 walks. |
