Schäfer and Starring Fight, Suspended 5 Games Sunday, May 28th, 2034 A bench-clearing brawl marred the Antioch-Coronado game at The Coal Mine yesterday and resulted in two players being suspended today by the league office. The Coal Miners Roger Schäfer and the Phantoms Joe Starring were ejected from the game for fighting. Both players will have to sit out 5 games. For the season Schäfer has hit .333 with 9 home runs and 36 RBIs. He has played in 45 games and scored 33 times. |
