Raiders bin Su'ud Gone for Year Friday, May 19th, 2034 The doctors have spoken and Almas bin Su'ud of the Reno Raiders didn't like what he heard. The 29-year-old starting pitcher is almost certainly gone for the rest of the year and depending on his progress could miss some of next season as well. bin Su'ud sustained his season-ending injury during the Minneapolis Freeze game yesterday at House of Pain. He had to leave the game because he hurt himself while throwing a pitch. Today the Reno medical staff reported bin Su'ud had a ruptured ulnar collateral ligament and would be absent from the lineup for at least 12 months. This season bin Su'ud has compiled a 1-2 mark with a 4.91 ERA in 8 starts. |
