Carpenter Selected Top Performer in DKL Monday, April 24th, 2034 So far in his young career, Colin Carpenter has kept a low profile, but after his performance at the plate last week, he attracted the notice of the rest of the Darryl Kile League in a big way as he was named the Player of the Week today for his efforts. The 22-year-old Calgary Kodiaks right fielder hit at a torrid .545 clip as he collected 12 hits in 22 at-bats, 2 home runs, 7 RBIs and 7 runs scored. In the 2034 season Carpenter is hitting .420 with 4 home runs. |
