May Has Hot Hand, Bangs 5 hits Saturday, April 15th, 2034 Even as a kid, Harry May said his coaches told him the key to hitting was making contact, and letting everything else flow from there. At Foothills Stadium today, May showed how well he learned that lesson. The 22-year-old right fielder had 5 hits in 6 at-bats for the Antioch Coal Miners, helping his team knock off the Calgary Kodiaks by a score of 16-3. "They always said, just keep your eye on the ball, don't overswing, make contact and you never know what will happen," he said. "That's all I did today." Harry May doubled in the 1st, hit a three-run home run off Fred Naylor in the 2nd, singled in the 4th, hit a two-run single in the 5th, struck out in the 7th and singled in the 8th.
