NAL Cy Young Award Winner Announced Saturday, November 12th, 2033 The Albuquerque Cacti have a rising superstar or maybe even a budding Hall-of-Famer in the making. It's Shuichi Imai, this year's Nick Adenhart League Cy Young Award selection. This blossoming hurler wowed fans, peers and sportswriters with a fabulous performance. Imai compiled a 9-5 record in 28 starts, tallied 186 strikeouts in 147.2 innings and recorded a 2.68 ERA. Other clubs managed only a .205 batting average against him. Gabriel Bernard of the Fairfield Flash finished second in voting, while Jin-oh Pak of the Chicago Titans finished third. |
